Benefit Cost Analysis
One of the largest obstacles with obtaining federal grant dollars is the ability to articulate a positive benefit-cost ratio for a project. Originating out of OMB Circular A-94, almost all federal grants require a BCA. Challenges often arise from what data to examine, how to examine, and what to do with uncertainty. Timbalier works with its clients to solve these challenges by harmoniously integrating both its policy and technology expertise.
