ROW siting and land rights acquisition on large-scale projects can present many unforeseen risks for an owner. Knowledge management is key to reducing these risks. However, our ability to share resources across fields (i.e. planning, E&D, environmental, surveying, etc.) has largely been limited by the technology and processes that are deployed.

Timbalier provides an online mapping platform that now integrates both siting and land rights acquisition with the planning, engineering, and design of these large-scale projects. This collaboration has shown to reduce risk considerably through a shared focus on proactively identifying such risks before they occur.
